SOUTHPORT, N.Y. — The Notre Dame Crusaders picked up a 3-0 win over Waverly in boys' soccer action on Wednesday.

Daniel Sterns started the scoring for Notre Dame in the 31st minute and in the 36th minute Caleb Colucci found the net.

Kyle Loeber capped the scoring for Notre Dame in the 55th minute of the second half.

Notre Dame had a 25-0 edge in shots and 7-0 edge in corner kicks in the game.

Cameron McIsaac had 22 saves for Waverly.

"Notre Dame moves the ball really well and we were kind of caught flat footed and a bit unorganized defensively in the first half," Waverly coach Eric Ryck said. "We came out in the second half with a bit more fire and were able to stay better organized defensively and start to pressure them moving forward, our inexperience and our limited technical ability kept us from really breaking free in their half, but the progression of this team and their never quit attitudes have been an inspiration to me all season. When we get the little things corrected technically they will be so much fun to watch."
